MASJID NEGERI

Sultan Ahmad 1 State Mosque in Kuantan is the largest mosque in the state of Pahang, situated in the city of Kuantan. The mosque was inaugurated by Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Mustain Billah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar on October 21, 1994. The mosque is named after the first ruler of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Al-Mu'adzam Shah, who was crowned as the King.
